Employee Enrichment Workflow

Inputs:

Google Sheet with candidate names and their current company.

Output:

The same sheet is enriched with email, current role, LinkedIn URL, GitHub URL, and an AI-written recruiter summary all filled in automatically.

How it works:

The workflow reads each candidate row, then runs two enrichment paths in parallel, Apollo for direct contact data and Perplexity AI web search as a fallback. A picker node merges the best results from both sources, validates GitHub usernames, and constructs profile URLs. An AI agent then writes a concise 2-3 sentence recruiting summary from all the collected data. Finally, everything is written back to the sheet in a single batch update.
