What It Does Per Email

• Applies Gmail category labels (Promotions, Social, Updates, Starred, etc.)
• Moves confirmed spam to Trash
• Marks urgent and work-related emails as Important
• Sends a Slack alert for high-priority emails (or logs them if Slack is not connected)
• Creates a Gmail draft reply for emails that require a response

Setup

Setup takes under 2 minutes. A guided flow helps you:

• Connect your Gmail account
• Define your email search query
• Choose how many emails to process per run
• Optionally connect Slack for notifications

All configurations are stored as workflow variables.

Dashboard

Includes a live dashboard. Open the Interface tab to view:

• Email subject and sender
• AI-generated summary
• Category badge
• Applied labels
• Priority indicator

Results update in real time as each email is processed.
