Which Gmail and Sheets operations does it have?

Only the ones you allowlist, like searching mail, sending a reply, or appending sheet rows. Unlisted operations are not exposed to the agent.

Do I need to run the harness anywhere?

No. NoClick hosts and runs Codex for you, with Gmail and Google Sheets connected as tools.

Will it send email on its own?

Only if you allowlist a send operation. Leave sending off and it will draft or log the result and stop there.

How does Codex get access to my apps?
