Only the ones you allowlist, such as list_issues, create_issue, and merge_pull_request on GitHub and append_rows_to_sheet or read_sheet_data on Google Sheets. Unlisted operations are not exposed.

Is Hermes something I have to deploy?

No. NoClick runs the Hermes harness and attaches GitHub and Google Sheets as tools, so you skip any install or hosting work.

Does it edit my whole spreadsheet?

It only touches the sheets and ranges you point it at through allowlisted operations. Limit it to append-only and it adds rows without overwriting existing data.
