Which Gmail and Notion operations can it use?

Only the operations you put on the allowlist for each node, such as search and send for Gmail or create page and query database for Notion. Anything you leave off is unavailable to the agent.

Do I have to install or self-host Hermes?

Will it send emails on its own?
