Can I keep the agent away from Admin Delete User?

Yes. Only the Supabase operations you allowlist become tools, so if you expose Admin List Users and Admin Create User but leave off Admin Delete User, the agent can read and add accounts but cannot remove them. Destructive operations stay off until you deliberately turn them on.

Where do the Supabase service key and GitLab token live?

Both resolve server-side whenever a tool runs, so neither the service key nor the token is placed in the model's context. The agent invokes the operation by name and NoClick supplies the credential.

Does it really run the GitLab and Supabase steps together?

Yes. Holding both tools at once lets it add a project member in GitLab and create the matching Supabase user within a single task. You do not have to hand off between two separate automations.

What does it mean to connect an app to Claude Code?

You wire an integration node into the agent's tools handle. Each operation that app exposes becomes a tool Claude Code can call directly, so it can take real actions in that app instead of only describing them.

Do I need to write any code to set this up?
