Can NoClick create expenses and reports in Expensify automatically?

Yes. The Expensify node creates individual expenses, assembles them into reports, and can mark reports reimbursed once they are approved. Any trigger can drive this, so a form submission, a schedule, or a new row in a sheet can produce real expense activity in Expensify.

How do I connect Expensify to NoClick?

You authenticate with your Expensify API credentials, a partner user ID and partner user secret that you generate in your Expensify account settings. Paste them into the node's credential form once and every operation in the workflow reuses them.

Can a workflow react when a new report is submitted?

Yes. The On New Report trigger starts a workflow the moment a report appears, so you can auto-fetch its policy details, route it for approval, or mark it reimbursed. This is what lets you replace manual report-watching with an automated approval flow.

Can it export report data for accounting and reconciliation?

It can. The node runs Export Reports to File and Reconciliation Export, then Download Generated File retrieves the output so a later step can hand it to your ledger or storage. That covers month-end reconciliation without anyone exporting by hand.

Can it manage policies and approval rules, not just expenses?

Yes. You can create and update policies, get policy details and the full policy list, create and update expense rules, and change tag approvers. That makes it useful for onboarding, restructuring approval chains, or keeping expense rules in sync across teams.
