Connect Codex to Fathom

Give an AI agent your Fathom account as a tool and it can work from what was actually said in your calls. On its own it can fetch a meeting's summary or full transcript, list recent meetings and filter to the ones with action items or CRM matches, and read your teams before it decides what to do next. Wire it into a coding agent in NoClick and it turns a finished call into follow-up work without you copying anything over.

What happens next

Set up in minutes

The open button drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:
  1. Choose where it runs

On your computer through your own Codex, or hosted in the cloud. The rest of setup adapts to your choice:

  2. Pick what it can do in Fathom

A preset of real Fathom operations. Each one becomes a tool the agent can call, and it can't touch anything outside the list.

  3. Connect Fathom

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to the operations you picked.

  4. Add your personal MCP link

The last step mints a private MCP URL for this agent and walks you through exactly this, with your real link filled in. The page flips to Connected the moment your Codex first calls in.

    Run this in your terminal

$codex mcp add noclick --url https://mcp.noclick.app/s/<your-link>

<your-link> is your personal server URL — setup mints it for you.

Starting points

What you can build

When a new meeting is recorded, pull its summary and post the key points to your team channel automatically.
After every call, fetch the full transcript and run it through an AI step to draft a follow-up email.
Each morning, list the meetings with action items from the day before and turn each one into a task in your tracker.
When a new meeting finishes with a CRM match, attach its summary to the matching record so the account history stays current.
Build a weekly recap by listing meetings by type and summarizing the ones that closed or renewed.
Register a webhook so downstream tools get notified the moment Fathom finishes processing a call.

About Codex

Codex is OpenAI's command-line coding agent. NoClick runs it as a hosted agent and lets you connect your apps to it as tools, turning it from a coding assistant into an operator that can act across your systems. Connect an integration to the agent and Codex can query, create, and update records in that app directly. You keep the Codex experience and give it real reach into the tools your team already uses.
Fast, capable code generation and editing
Good at well-scoped, concrete tasks
Strong at API and data manipulation
Familiar to teams already on OpenAI tooling
