Yes. The create task operation adds a task to a chosen list with a title, optional notes, a due date in ISO 8601 format, an importance of low, normal, or high, and a status. This makes it easy to turn workflow events into tracked to-dos.

How do I filter or sort tasks in a workflow?

The list tasks operation accepts an OData filter query, so you can request only tasks where the status equals notStarted or the importance equals high. It also takes an order-by expression to sort results by due date or creation time, plus a max results cap.

Can the node manage task lists, not just individual tasks?

It can. The node lists all task lists, creates new ones, fetches a single list, renames a list, and deletes a list. That lets workflows organize tasks into project- or sprint-specific groups.

How do I mark a task as complete from a workflow?

Use the update task operation and set the status field to completed. The same operation can change the title, notes, due date, or importance, and any field left empty keeps its current value.

How does NoClick connect to Microsoft To Do?
