Yes. The WhatsApp node can send text, images, video, audio, documents, and location messages to any recipient phone number. It works with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and a QR-scan connection.

Does NoClick support WhatsApp message templates?

It does. You can send pre-approved template messages, and the node also lets you create, list, fetch, and delete templates. Templates are required to start conversations outside the 24-hour session window.

Can a workflow respond to incoming WhatsApp messages?

Yes. The receive-message operation works as a trigger, firing your workflow when a customer sends a message. You can then branch on the content and reply within the same conversation.
