Can Hermes delete real user accounts?

Admin Delete User is available, but the agent only gets it if you put it in the allowlist. Leave it off and Hermes can create, list, and update users without the ability to remove them. The operation set you expose is the whole surface the agent has.

Are the user emails and reset links safe?

Supabase actions like Send Password Reset Email and Send Magic Link Signin run through the credential you connect, resolved server side. The service key never passes through the model, so the agent triggers the emails without holding your secret.

How does it keep Airtable in sync with Supabase users?

It calls Admin List Users in Supabase and creates or deletes the matching Airtable records with Create Multiple Records and Delete Multiple Records. Because both apps are tools on one agent, the reconcile is a single run rather than two manual exports.
