Only the ones you allowlist on each node. Reading email and creating issues, for example, are available only if you switch those operations on.

Is any install or self-hosting required?

No. NoClick runs the Hermes harness for you and connects Gmail and Linear as tools.

Does it send replies automatically?

Only when you allowlist Gmail's send operation. Otherwise it composes the reply and reports it rather than sending.
