The Airtable operations connected here create records, tables, fields, and comments, and can delete records. Updating a record in place is not in this set, so the agent works by creating new records or leaving comments. It only gets the operations you allowlist.

Will it burn Apollo credits without me knowing?

It only runs the Apollo operations you expose, such as enriching people or organizations, and it acts on the data you point it at. Keep enrichment operations off the allowlist if you want it to create or update contacts and accounts only. Credentials resolve server-side and never ride the model.
