Will OpenClaw send email on its own?

The Gmail operations here create drafts, they do not send, so a message waits in your drafts for you to review and send. If you want the agent to move an existing thread along, Forward Email Message is a separate operation you choose whether to expose.

Can it delete my emails?

Permanently Delete Message and Permanently Delete Thread are destructive operations that are available only if you allowlist them. Leave them off and the agent can draft, label, and forward with no ability to delete mail.

Does the agent see my Gmail or Apollo login?

No. You connect each credential once and it resolves on the server at run time, so neither your Gmail authorization nor your Apollo key enters the prompt or the model context when an operation runs.

How does OpenClaw act on my apps?

You connect an integration to the agent's tools handle and select operations. OpenClaw calls those operations as tools while it runs.
