Can the agent read my existing Notion database?

Yes, with Query Notion Database allowlisted it can pull the rows it needs, then enrich each account in Apollo. It only gets the Notion and Apollo operations you expose, so reading and appending are separate permissions you grant individually.

Does my Notion or Apollo token reach the model?

No. Credentials resolve on the server at call time, so the agent invokes Append Children to Block or Enrich Multiple Organizations by name and the platform attaches the right token behind the scenes. The keys are never part of the prompt.

Will it overwrite my Notion pages?

The operations here add to pages rather than replace them. Append Children to Block and Create Page Comment write new content, and Create Notion Page makes a fresh one. Nothing in this set removes existing content unless you also allowlist Delete Notion Block.
