Will it send emails automatically?

Not unless you expose a send operation, and the Gmail operations here are draft-first, so the agent creates drafts you approve. It can Create Email Draft and label it, then you send when you are ready. Credentials for both accounts resolve on our side and never reach the model.

Can it change or delete my HubSpot records?

Only if you allowlist those operations. Batch Update, Batch Archive, and Batch Create are separate, so you can let it read and create without granting archive rights. Expose the minimum the task needs.

How does batching work across the two apps?

HubSpot's batch operations let the agent read or write many records in one call, so it can pull a whole segment of contacts at once. It then loops that data into Gmail one draft at a time. That keeps CRM reads efficient while the email stays reviewable.
