Can the agent change columns I did not intend it to touch?

It can only call the operations you allowlist. If you expose Update Simple Column Value alone, it can set single columns but cannot archive items or add people to teams.

How does it know which Monday item matches a sheet row?

You give it the item id or a key column in the sheet, and it maps each row to the item before updating. The lookup uses whatever identifier your board and sheet share.

Where do my Monday and Google credentials go?

Both are connected once and resolve server-side at run time. OpenClaw acts with your access, and the tokens never ride the model.
