Can I stop the agent from archiving lists?

Yes. Archive List runs only if you allowlist it. Expose just Add Checklist Item, Add Comment to Card, and Add Label to Card, and it can populate cards without removing anything.

How does it match a sheet row to a Trello card?

You give it the card id or a key column the sheet and board share, and it maps each row before acting. Rows without a match are skipped rather than guessed.

Where do my Trello and Google credentials go?

Both are connected once and resolve server-side when a tool runs. OpenClaw uses your access, and the raw tokens never ride the model.
