With the create operations allowlisted it can create a single record, create multiple records, upload a file as a content version, or create a record attachment. It can also approve or reject an approval request, so you should only expose the write operations you actually want it to run.

What can it do on the Jira side?

The Jira operations here add to an existing issue rather than create one: a comment, worklog, watcher, label, or attachment. That is enough to record what happened in Salesforce against the engineering ticket that tracks it.

Are the Salesforce bulk jobs safe to expose?

Create Bulk Data Job, Close Bulk Data Job, and Abort Bulk Data Job are all separate operations, so you allowlist each one on its own. Leave any of them off and the agent simply cannot call it, and the credential it uses is resolved server side rather than handed to the model.

How does OpenClaw act on my apps?
