How do I connect Box to NoClick?

You connect your Box account once through OAuth and grant NoClick access. After that the node calls the Box API on your behalf, and you can confirm the connection with the Get Current User operation.

Can a workflow react when a file changes in Box?

Yes. The On File or Folder Event trigger starts a workflow when activity happens in Box, and the node can create and delete the underlying webhook so you control which events it listens for. From there the rest of your workflow runs on the event payload.
