How does NoClick pick up new mail in either account?

Gmail offers a Poll for New Emails operation and Outlook offers Read Inbox Emails; both can run on a schedule. Whichever account is the source, the workflow checks it on an interval and processes anything new.

Will forwarded messages keep their attachments?

Accepted Answer

Gmail's Forward Email Message and Outlook's Forward Email Message operations carry the original message along. To rebuild a message yourself, use Get Email Attachments in Outlook and attach them to the new message.

Can I avoid forwarding the same email twice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Track processed message IDs in a state variable or only fetch messages newer than the last run timestamp. This keeps a continuously running sync from duplicating mail.

Does this work as a one-way or two-way sync?

Either. Build a single workflow that reads Gmail and writes to Outlook for one-way mirroring, or run two workflows in opposite directions for a two-way setup. Filters on each side prevent loops.

What credentials are required?

Both Gmail and Outlook Mail authenticate with OAuth, Gmail through Google and Outlook through Microsoft. You sign in to each provider once in NoClick and the workflow reuses both connections.
