Meeting Prep Agent with Claude Code

A pre-call brief is only useful if every line in it is true, which means the agent has to finish looking before it starts writing. Claude Code plans a multi-step job before it acts, so it works through the attendee lookups, the contact record and the deal list first, then assembles the sections in order. That reading-first habit is also what keeps the GAPS section honest instead of quietly filled in.

Watch it work before it's live

Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

  5. Positioning notes

Your pitch in a paragraph or two, the objections you hear most often and how you answer them, and the competitors you get compared against.

Why Claude Code for this agent

Reads before it writes

The template forbids a single word until every external attendee has been looked up and their deals listed. Claude Code gathers context first by default, which is the same order the brief needs.

Steady on structured output

Six named sections in a fixed order and under 200 words is a shape many agents drift out of by the third bullet. This is the kind of long, structured task the harness is built to carry.

Before you fork

Do I need my own Anthropic account?

Yes. Claude Code runs in a NoClick sandbox with your own Anthropic credential connected, so your provider bills the tokens and NoClick bills the sandbox minutes the agent is actually awake. A brief is a short run, and it only fires for meetings that have an outside guest, so volume tracks your external calls rather than your whole calendar.
