Only the ones carrying a real address, which on most stores is a minority, and your policy trims further with a minimum cart value and a quiet period. Everything filtered out still produces one Slack line, so the volume stays visible rather than hidden. Cost tracks expired sessions, and drafts are the smaller half of that.
