Do I need an Anthropic account to run this?

Yes. Claude Code brings its own model credential, so you connect either an Anthropic API key or the Claude plan you already sign in to, alongside the Telegram bot token from BotFather. NoClick runs the harness itself in a hosted sandbox, so that is the whole shopping list.
