What happens if it misjudges something serious?

It escalates on shape rather than on sentiment: an outage claim, an invoice screenshot, a journalist, or a thread moving faster than your policy expects goes first, under a blunt line asking for a person. That path exists precisely because tone judgement is the least reliable thing any model does, and the escalation rules deliberately do not depend on it.
