Only the operations you put on the allowlist for each app. Nothing outside that list is available to the agent.

Do I need to install Codex anywhere?

No. NoClick hosts the harness and connects Google Sheets and Linear as tools, so there is no setup on your end.

Will it create issues without me approving them?

It only calls the operations you allowlist. If issue creation is allowed, it can create issues directly, so expose it only when you want that.
