Which operations are available to the agent?

Only the Sheets and Linear operations you allowlist on each node, for example read rows for Sheets and create issue for Linear. Unlisted operations cannot be called.

Do I have to self-host Hermes?

No. NoClick runs the harness for you and wires Google Sheets and Linear in as tools, so there is nothing to deploy or maintain.

Does it sync both directions automatically?

It only performs the operations you expose. If you allowlist writes to one side only, it updates that side and reports the rest.
