Can Hermes post to LinkedIn on my behalf automatically?

It posts through the LinkedIn credential you connect, using only the operations you allowlist, such as Create Text Post or Create Article Post. If you leave those off the list, the agent can still research profiles and read posts but cannot publish. The credential resolves server side and never passes through the model.

How does the agent know which Notion database to write to?

You point it at your workspace through the Notion credential, and it uses Query Notion Database and Create Notion Page against the database you name. It can also call List Workspace Users to mention or assign the right people. So the data lands exactly where you tell it.

Where do scraped LinkedIn profiles end up?

Only where you direct the agent. Scrape User Profiles and Scrape Company Employees read the data, and the agent writes it into the Notion pages or database rows you specify. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
