Which Stripe actions can the agent take?

Only the ones you expose, such as Accept Quote, Add Invoice Lines, Approve Review, or Activate Billing Alert. Money-moving steps stay off unless you allowlist them, so you can start read-only and open up gradually. The agent cannot invent an operation you did not grant.

Is it safe to let it approve Stripe reviews?

Approve Review only runs if you add it to the allowlist, and you can keep it out while letting the agent read the Notion record and draft a recommendation instead. Pair it with a Notion page comment so every approval leaves a trail. You stay in control of which decisions it can finalize.

Does my Stripe key get sent to the model?

No. The Stripe and Notion credentials you connect are resolved on the server when a tool runs, and the raw keys never enter the model's context. Hermes only ever sees the results of the calls it is allowed to make.
