Can it change my data or just read it?

The set includes Bulk Write, Create Collection, and Create Index, which write and change schema. If you want read-only reporting, expose only Aggregate, Count Documents, and the search operations and leave the write operations off the allowlist.

Can the agent build the search indexes it needs?

Create Atlas Search Index and Create Index are in the list, so it can provision an index before running Atlas text or facet search. Add them only if you want the agent setting up indexes rather than just querying existing ones.

How are the MongoDB and Google Docs credentials handled?

It uses the connection and Google credential you connect, and each one resolves server-side at run time. The credentials never ride the model, so the agent queries and writes with your access without seeing the secrets.
