Yes. After Create Issue, use Add Labels To An Issue with a label derived from a Typeform dropdown answer. You can also assign the issue based on another field. This sorts incoming reports into the right area of your backlog.

GitHub issues do not accept arbitrary binary attachments through the API, but you can include links. NoClick can retrieve the Typeform uploaded file references and put their URLs in the issue body. Screenshots then remain one click away.

If you trigger on each new response there is one issue per submission, which is usually what you want. To dedupe, add a Search Issues step that checks for an existing issue before creating one. NoClick lets you branch on that result.
