Google Calendar provides an On Calendar Event trigger, and you can also schedule List Calendar Events on either side to poll for additions and changes. Whichever calendar is the source drives the workflow.

Both Create Calendar Event operations accept attendee email lists and reminder settings, so you map those fields across. Note that invitation emails are sent by each provider independently when attendees are added.

Yes. Run the workflow on a schedule and match events by a stored ID so updates use Update Calendar Event instead of creating duplicates. Running two workflows in opposite directions gives a two-way sync.
