Yes. The node publishes photo posts, video Reels, carousels of two to ten items, and both photo and video Stories. Each media URL must be publicly accessible so Instagram's servers can fetch it during publishing.

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

The Graph API operations require an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. You can authenticate with Facebook OAuth, a Page access token, or a non-expiring system user token for long-running background automations.

Can I manage comments on Instagram posts?

Yes. The node lists comments on a media item, creates and replies to comments, hides or unhides them, and deletes your own comments. It can also pull comments where your account was @mentioned so you can respond across the platform.
