A good brief is assembled from three places before a word of it is written: the booking answers, the HubSpot contact, and the deals attached to that contact. Claude Code gathers all of it first and then writes under 200 words in the section order you named, which is a harder constraint than it sounds when the CRM is full. What the CRM does not hold is marked as missing rather than filled in.
Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.
Product demo (30 min) booked by Hana Kobayashi

New booking for Thursday 10:00 JST, 30 minutes, with the account team. What would you like to cover: we manage 60 designers across three studios and approvals still run over email, so nothing is traceable. How did you hear about us: a colleague in our Osaka office already uses you. Anything else we should know: we need SSO, and our security review usually takes about four weeks.
Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:

Brief format
The sections you want in a pre-call brief, in the order your reps read them, and how long it can run before they stop reading. Write it the way you would brief a new rep on their first day.
Positioning notes
How you pitch, the objections that come up on first calls and the answers you give to them, and the competitors people bring up by name. The agent only says things that appear here.

Watch it handle a test run
A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.
Contact and deals are pulled before the brief is composed, so an open renewal owned by somebody else appears on the first line instead of on the call.
Two hundred words read on a phone between calls beats a complete profile nobody opens, and holding to a length limit takes an agent that plans what to leave out.
It is posted when the booking lands rather than when the meeting starts, which for an inbound demo is usually days of notice and for a same day booking is minutes. That timing is deliberate, since the point is leaving room to correct something or hand the call to someone else. It writes nothing back to HubSpot, so an early brief costs you nothing if the meeting moves.
Free to start. Guided setup, a test run against staged conversations, and it's live.
