Guided setup — test it before connecting anything.

Watch it work before it's live

Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

Product demo (30 min) booked by Hana Kobayashi

Confirmed

Hana Kobayashi · h.kobayashi@sakuraworks.jp

New booking for Thursday 10:00 JST, 30 minutes, with the account team. What would you like to cover: we manage 60 designers across three studios and approvals still run over email, so nothing is traceable. How did you hear about us: a colleague in our Osaka office already uses you. Anything else we should know: we need SSO, and our security review usually takes about four weeks.

Set up in minutes

Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:

  1. Connect Calendly

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  2. Connect HubSpot

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  3. Connect Slack

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  4. Brief format

The sections you want in a pre-call brief, in the order your reps read them, and how long it can run before they stop reading. Write it the way you would brief a new rep on their first day.

  5. Positioning notes

How you pitch, the objections that come up on first calls and the answers you give to them, and the competitors people bring up by name. The agent only says things that appear here.

  6. Choose which agent runs it

NoClick's built-in models work out of the box — or bring Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents on your own subscription.

  7. Watch it handle a test run

A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.

About this agent

A Calendly booking already holds the most useful thing anyone knows about a lead, which is what they typed into the booking questions, and it usually goes unread until the call starts. This agent takes each new booking, looks the invitee up in HubSpot, and posts a brief to Slack with their own words at the top, history and open deals underneath, and what to say drawn from your positioning notes. It arrives when the booking does, so there is still time to prepare or hand it to someone else.

What people use it for

  • Inbound demos, prepped - Someone books from the pricing page and the brief is in Slack before a rep has opened the invite. The call starts from what the invitee wrote rather than from a blank calendar entry.
  • Renewals you walk into ready - The open deal arrives with its stage, amount, and close date attached, alongside any objection the invitee typed while booking. That is the difference between negotiating and finding out live.
  • Round-robin calls, still prepped - When bookings land on whoever is free, the brief is what makes that workable. The rep taking the call gets the same context the account owner would have had.
  • Spot the gaps early - Everything the CRM is missing is listed as missing instead of filled in, and that half is often the more useful one. It tells the rep exactly what to ask on the call.

Before you fork

What do I need to connect?

The Calendly account your meetings are booked on, a HubSpot credential that can search and read contacts and list deals, and the Slack channel the briefs should land in. You then describe the sections your reps want in a brief and paste in the pitch and objection answers the agent is allowed to use. Nothing is written back to HubSpot, the agent only reads from it.

Does it brief internal bookings too?

No. Bookings from a colleague or from your own email domain are skipped without posting, so one to ones and internal syncs booked through Calendly stay out of the channel. Only external invitees produce a brief, which for most reps is a handful a day.

What if the invitee is not in HubSpot?

The brief still goes out. They are marked as a first-time contact and everything the CRM could not confirm is labelled as not in HubSpot instead of being filled in from their email domain. For inbound bookings that is the normal case, and the unknowns double as the questions worth asking on the call.
