Cleans every new HubSpot contact the moment it is created, leaves a note on anything that looks like a duplicate, and messages Slack only when a person actually has to decide something.

Guided setup — test it before connecting anything.

Watch it work before it's live

Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

Set up in minutes

Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:

  1. Connect HubSpot

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  2. Connect Slack

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  3. Data standards

Your rules for a contact record in your own words: which fields are required, how names, phone numbers, countries, and company names should be formatted, and how lifecycle stages are set. The agent fixes only what you describe here and touches nothing else.

  4. Dedupe policy

What makes two records the same person for you, for example same email domain plus same full name, or a plus-address of an existing email, and which record wins when they clash, the older one or the one with the deal.

  5. Choose which agent runs it

NoClick's built-in models work out of the box — or bring Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents on your own subscription.

  6. Watch it handle a test run

A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.

About this agent

Bad CRM data is never one big problem. It is a hundred contacts a week arriving with lowercase names, no country, and a company that already exists under a slightly different spelling. This agent inspects every contact the second HubSpot creates it, fixes the formatting your standards define, notes anything that looks like a duplicate instead of merging it behind your back, and only pings Slack when a human has to decide.

What people use it for

  • Clean records before reps see them - Names, phone formats, and company names are normalized within seconds of a form submission, so the first person to open the record is selling instead of tidying.
  • Catch duplicates at creation - The moment a contact arrives that matches an existing record under your policy, both records get a note saying which one wins, so two reps never work the same account.
  • Reporting you can trust - Consistent countries, company names, and lifecycle stages are what make territory splits and pipeline reports match reality, instead of needing a manual cleanup pass every quarter.
  • Standardize list imports - Contacts from an event list or a data provider land under exactly the same rules as your web forms, so an import stops being a batch of records nobody trusts.

Before you fork

Will it overwrite data I care about?

It only changes what your data standards describe: formatting, casing, and fields it can derive from what already arrived. It never guesses a company, job title, source, or lifecycle stage, and it never merges or deletes anything. Duplicates get a note and a human makes the call.

What has to be connected?

HubSpot, with permission to read contacts, update them, and create notes, plus the Slack channel you want summaries in. The contact-created trigger handles the rest, there is no schedule or sync job to maintain.

What does it cost per contact?

One short agent run each, and most of those are a lookup, a small update, and no Slack message at all. The one case to watch is a bulk import: a few thousand contacts at once means a few thousand runs, so pause the agent or load big historical lists outside the trigger.
