Trust it as far as your playbook reaches and no further, which is the honest advice for every harness in this list, and it cannot reply outside the playbook by design. Testing costs a few minutes, so stage the refund request and the locked-out customer and read what it sends. If the tone is off, the fix is usually a line in the playbook rather than a different model.
