Two failures matter here and they pull in opposite directions. Post too early and the channel fills with somebody's half typed paragraph, wait for certainty on everything and a halved refund window goes unmentioned. Claude Code reads the page in full before deciding, which is what separates an unfinished sentence from a finished policy.
Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.
Runbook: payment webhook backlog
Created by Yuki Tanaka
The escalation section was replaced. It used to say page the payments on-call after 15 minutes of backlog. It now says wait for the automatic drain and only page above 50,000 queued events for 30 minutes. A callout with the Grafana link was added and the rollback steps were deleted. Owner property still reads Yuki Tanaka.

Watch rules
The pages you genuinely care about, described however you would describe them to a colleague, whether that is a section, a title prefix or an owner, plus which edits you consider routine and the handful of pages where any change at all should reach the channel.

Watch it handle a test run
A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.
An empty heading, a sentence that stops mid clause and a table with four blank rows are all somebody working. Telling that apart means opening the blocks rather than counting saves.
The same words mean different things in a personal area and at the top of a team space. The parent and the section are resolved first, and this harness does not skip a lookup that early in a plan.
Someone Is Still Typing is staged for that exact doubt, with eleven saves in nine minutes, two empty headings and a note to self inside a toggle. A correct run produces nothing from it at all. Watch that one before you widen the rules, because a watcher that posts during drafting is a watcher people mute in week two.
Free to start. Guided setup, a test run against staged conversations, and it's live.
