Researches every new Pipedrive deal the minute it is created, writes the note and books the first follow-up your playbook calls for, and sends the owner one line in Slack.
Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

Deal playbook
How you work a new deal - the first activity you book for each deal size or source, how fast it has to happen, and what your note needs to tell a rep before they call. The agent books and writes from this and nothing else.
Handoff rules
The deals you never want worked automatically - the values, accounts, sources, or wording in a deal that mean a person should pick it up before anything is booked.

Watch it handle a test run
A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.
A new deal with four fields filled in is not a lead, it is a reminder. This agent runs the moment a deal is created: it reads the record, checks what you have done with that company before, writes the research note a rep would have written on the plane, books the first follow-up your playbook calls for, and sends the owner one line in Slack. It never touches value or stage, so the pipeline numbers stay yours.
What do I need to connect before it runs?
A Pipedrive credential that can read deals and create notes and activities, plus the Slack channel your deal owners watch. Then you write two things in your own words: your playbook, meaning which first activity you book for each deal size or source, and your handoff rules. The staged deals in Setup let you read the note and the activity it would create before it ever touches a real record.
Will it change my pipeline data?
No. It writes one note and one activity per deal and nothing else. Value, stage, pipeline, owner and probability are off limits, so your forecast and your reporting are unaffected. If it thinks a field is wrong or missing, it says so in the note and leaves the field alone for a human.
What does it cost to run?
One short run per deal created, so the cost follows how many deals you open rather than how large your CRM is. A team opening 15 deals a day is 15 small runs a day. If you import event lists or scraped lists in bulk, every row becomes a deal and every deal becomes a run, so import those into a pipeline this trigger does not watch.
Free to start. Guided setup, a test run against staged conversations, and it's live.
