What does a weak model get wrong here?

It pads. Almost Empty Deal is the test, since a badge scan with no email, no website and one line of notes gives it almost nothing, and the correct note is mostly unknowns. A model that writes a paragraph about a promising mid-market opportunity there will do the same on real records.
