Will it still refuse the personal questions?

The refusals come from the instructions rather than from the model, and they cover pay, complaints, contracts and anything medical with a fixed one-line handover. Run the staged pay and complaint scenario before you switch it on. If a refusal ever reads too softly, the fix is a line in the instructions, not a different model.
