Nothing written before the summary
The topic, the length, and who actually sat on the call come before the first sentence of the email. Writing from the invite alone is how a follow-up ends up addressed to somebody who never joined.

Each commitment in the draft points back to a line in the Zoom summary, with the name of whoever took it on and whatever date they said. Holding that through a long email is the part a careful harness does well.
Before you fork
Our calls run in three languages. Does that matter here?
The draft is written in the language the customer used on the call, so the constraint is the model you connect rather than the harness. Zoom's own transcription quality in that language matters more, because a thin summary produces a thin email. Try one real recording per language before relying on it.
