Can Hermes send email from Outlook?

The Outlook operations here create drafts and add attachments, not sends. Hermes prepares the message so a rep reviews and sends it, which keeps a human on the final step of outreach.

How does Hermes decide which contacts to work?

You give it the task, and it reads from Apollo with Enrich Multiple People and Enrich Multiple Organizations. It then acts in Outlook, creating contacts, folders, or drafts for exactly those people.

Are my credentials exposed to the model?

No. You connect Apollo and Outlook once and they resolve server-side at run time. The agent calls the operations through those credentials, but the tokens themselves never reach the model.
