Will Hermes send email from Outlook on its own?

No. The Outlook operations here create drafts and organize mail, so Create Email Draft and Add Attachment to Message prepare the message and leave sending to you. There is no send operation in this set.

Can it change my calendar?

It can Accept Calendar Event Invitation and Cancel Calendar Event, but only if you allowlist those. Keep Cancel Calendar Event off if you want the agent limited to drafting and contact work. The Outlook credential resolves server-side and never rides the model.

Does it get full access to ClickUp and Outlook?

Each uses its own credential, scoped to what you connect and resolved server-side at run time. The exposed operations are narrow, like Add Task Link and Create Contact Person, so the agent stays inside the job you set up.

Give Hermes your ClickUp and Outlook together and it can keep tasks, mail, and contacts in sync as a project moves. It drafts an update email in Outlook, links it onto the ClickUp task, and creates the contact and category records so mail lines up with the work. ClickUp holds the tasks and Outlook is where the client relationship and calendar live, so the agent connects the two without manual re-entry.
