Can the agent find the right Google Doc on its own?

Yes, List Google Drive Documents and Fetch Document Content let it locate and read a doc before it writes anything. From there it can create a new document, append or insert text, or replace text. Both reading and writing happen in the same run.

Will it spend my Apollo enrichment credits?

Enrich Multiple People and Enrich Multiple Organizations draw on your Apollo plan, so keep the allowlist tight and tell the agent how much to enrich. You can also leave enrichment off and let it only create and update records from what it reads in the doc.

How are my credentials handled across both apps?
