No, the Trello operations exposed here cover attachments, checklist items, comments, labels, and members on cards that already exist, plus board and list changes. The agent works with existing cards and mirrors them into Airtable. It only ever gets the operations you allowlist.

How does the agent know when a Trello card changes?

On Card Change and On Board Change are trigger operations, so the agent starts a run when a card or board updates. From there it can create Airtable records for the change or comment back on the card. You decide which of those follow-up operations it is allowed to use.
