Give OpenCode your PagerDuty and Slack at once and it can wire up incident response without you clicking through two dashboards. PagerDuty holds the on-call structure, escalation policies, and service ownership, while Slack is where responders actually coordinate. The agent can add responders to an incident and pin the right message to the channel in one pass. Together they turn an alert into a coordinated response instead of a notification nobody owns.
