For the clean submissions, honestly yes, and a lighter harness handles those perfectly well. What you are paying for is the messy quarter: the blank request type, the date written as asap, the site given as same as last time. If your form is short and validated, start cheaper and move up only when the notes column fills with parsing complaints.
