The work is retrieval and classification in a fixed order: open the whole record, search for the same requester, search for the same symptom across thirty days, then set properties and write under 120 words. Codex gets through well scoped sequences of API calls quickly, which is what a queue that spikes on Monday morning actually needs.
Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

No payout has reached our bank since the account migration on Monday

NoteWe were migrated to the new merchant account on Monday and nothing has settled to our bank since. Your dashboard shows three settlement runs as complete, references SR-88412, SR-88530 and SR-88604, and our bank has received none of them. We pay 46 drivers on Friday and the chat widget quoted 48 hours for a reply. Our account manager is on leave until the 19th.

Triage rules
How tickets get sorted here - your categories, the priority each one earns, which pipeline or teammate owns it, the exact properties the agent may set with the values it may use, and where a ticket goes when it fits none of them. Nothing outside this is a judgement the agent gets to make.

Watch it handle a test run
A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.
One search covers the requester and one covers the symptom, both finished before the note exists. Dropping the second is how a problem four customers are filing gets handled four separate times.
The note carries the ticket ids the searches returned so a rep can open them. Moving identifiers around accurately is unglamorous and exactly where this harness is dependable.
It says first report and moves on, which is information rather than a gap. Thin Report is the staged ticket for the harder version, where the description is two lines and the searches find nothing, and a correct run still produces a category, a priority and the two questions a rep should ask first.
Free to start. Guided setup, a test run against staged conversations, and it's live.
