HubSpot Ticket Triage Agent

Stamps priority and category onto every new HubSpot ticket, links it to the customer's earlier reports, and writes the internal note a rep would otherwise spend ten minutes assembling.

Watch it work before it's live

Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

No payout has reached our bank since the account migration on Monday

EmailSupport Pipeline, email inbox

NoteWe were migrated to the new merchant account on Monday and nothing has settled to our bank since. Your dashboard shows three settlement runs as complete, references SR-88412, SR-88530 and SR-88604, and our bank has received none of them. We pay 46 drivers on Friday and the chat widget quoted 48 hours for a reply. Our account manager is on leave until the 19th.

Set up in minutes

Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:

  1. Connect HubSpot

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  2. Connect Slack

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  3. Triage rules

How tickets get sorted here - your categories, the priority each one earns, which pipeline or teammate owns it, the exact properties the agent may set with the values it may use, and where a ticket goes when it fits none of them. Nothing outside this is a judgement the agent gets to make.

  4. Choose which agent runs it

NoClick's built-in models work out of the box — or bring Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents on your own subscription.

  5. Watch it handle a test run

A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.

About this agent

HubSpot puts the ticket right next to the customer record and then leaves it blank: no priority, no category, nobody named. This agent fills those in the moment a ticket opens, checks whether the same customer or the same symptom already came through this week, and files an internal note naming the likely cause plus what a rep should ask first. Reps pick up work that has been thought about already, and only the tickets your rules call urgent interrupt anybody.

What people use it for

  • Properties your views run on - Saved views, SLA timers and every service report key off priority and category. A ticket that opens with both unset is invisible to the queue somebody built specifically to catch it.
  • The second report gets recognised - Both searches run before the note is written, so a repeat from one account, or the same symptom filed by four customers in an hour, is named as such rather than handled four separate times by four people.
  • Reps start mid-problem - The note carries a suspected cause and the exact follow-up questions, quoting how the customer put it. That is one accurate reply instead of three rounds of clarification.
  • Quiet unless something is burning - Slack hears about tickets your rules define as urgent and nothing besides. That is why a ping from this agent still moves people in month four.

Before you fork

Can it reply to a customer or close a ticket?

Nothing it holds can reach the requester, and its single note is internal to your team. It also cannot close, reopen, merge, or shift a ticket into a different pipeline. The only writes it makes are the properties you listed in your rules, and correcting one costs whoever opens the ticket a single dropdown.

Which HubSpot access does this need?

A HubSpot connection able to read tickets, search them, update them and log notes, plus one Slack channel for the urgent ones. The writing you do is the triage rules themselves: categories, priorities, owners, and which properties the agent may set. Run the staged tickets in Setup and read its output before a live ticket ever reaches it.

How does the cost scale with ticket volume?

Each ticket that opens is one run: a read, two searches, the property update and the note. A Monday spike costs more than a quiet Sunday, which is the honest shape of it. Urgent tickets add a single Slack message and nothing continues afterwards, so a heavy queue never compounds into something bigger.
